QUASI-RELATIVISM, NARROW-GAP PROPERTY AND FORCED DYNAMICS OF ELECTRONS IN SOLIDS: FEW SOLVABLE MODELS

Abstract

A mathematical model is constructed for a super-lattice which has a small effective mass at the resonance energy. A procedure of manipulation of the resonance current through the super-lattice via the time- periodic excitation is suggested.
