| We shall survey some classical and more recent results on eigenfunctions of the Laplacian. After a brief discussion of Weyl's law and eigenvalue asymptotics, we shall talk about semiclassical properties of eigenfunctions, including quantum ergodicity and properties of their nodal sets and critical points. We shall also discuss connections to geometry and dynamics. |
