at the Holiday Park we have reserved, and if so, how many beds?
Also do you have any restrictions (e.g. do you want a room for two of you, 
or will you share only with other women or only with other men)?

Notes:

1) Completion of this form does not guarantee you a place at the meeting.   
We will aim to confirm your place as soon as possible after you register.

2) For confirmed participants from NZ there is no registration fee. 

3) For confirmed participants from outside NZ and accompanying persons, 
we have set a registration fee that should cover likely costs incurred, 
including meals and some drinks at the social functions, and incidentals, 
and also morning tea/coffee for participants, but with a discount for 
students.  This fee does not include the cost of accommodation. 

4) The registration fee is as follows: 
- NZ$300 for each student from outside NZ 
- NZ$350 for each other participant from outside NZ
- NZ$300 for each accompanying person attending meals & social functions. 

5) We have reserved student accommodation from the Sunday to the Saturday. 
Participants from outside NZ who are not students should organise their 
own accommodation - see the advice given on the meeting website. 

6) For students from outside NZ, the cost of the accommodation we have 
reserved will be approx. NZ$160 to NZ$200 per person for the six days, 
depending on the type of accommodation unit

7) Our preferred methods of payments are by cash or cheque in NZ dollars 
at the meeting, or by bank transfer.  A GST receipt will be provided. 
Marston Conder can give details for the bank transfer.
