The Aldis Scholarships in Mathematics for Māori and Pasifika is a scholarship available for summer school, Year 1 Mathematics students, new to university Mathematics.
The purpose of the Aldis Scholarships in Mathematics for Māori and Pacific students, is to encourage Māori and Pacific school leavers to study Mathematics at The University of Auckland during Summer School. Summer School runs for six weeks, from Wednesday 4 January to Wednesday 15 February 2012..
A longer term aim of this scholarship is to increase the number of Māori and Pacific Mathematics graduates from The University of Auckland.
