Our consulting
Mathematicians at The University of Auckland work closely with a variety of industrial partners, including such companies as Rakon, Nokia, Vodafone, Fisher and Paykel, New Zealand Steel and AgResearch.
We also have close links with other industrial mathematicians around New Zealand, such as the The University of Auckland’s Department of Engineering Science.
In addition, we collaborate with the Center for Mathematics in Industry.
We have particular expertise in ecological, biological and medical modeling, as well as in industrial tomography, particularly its applications in the paper and mining industries.
