fully-furnished apartments in the inner city.
These have dishwasher, microwave, laundry etc. 

The properties include "St Paul Apartments", a few minutes 
walk from the Math Department, but all of their properties 
are within 10 minutes walk.

The company is happy to rent on a short-term basis, 
from a few days to a few months.
